Josh Edwards is a managing director at Eureka. Josh oversees Eureka's valuation and fairness opinion practice area and has 12 years of experience advising public and private companies across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Eureka, Josh was the managing director of BCC Capital Partners' valuation and fairness opinion practice. Previously, he was a vice president with Strategic Equity Group and a manager with Brueggeman and Johnson, PC; both boutique valuation firms. Earlier in his career, Josh held positions in operations at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and State Street Bank & Trust.

Josh received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington, and a BA in English from Colgate University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and an associate member of the Valuation Advisory Committee of the ESOP Association.

Leslie is a managing director at Eureka. She has 14 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and private equity experience. During her career, she has focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, building significant domestic and international deal experience. Abroad, she has led transactions in Central, Eastern and Western Europe, with over $175 million of invested capital in pharmaceutical clients.

Prior to joining Eureka, she was a director of Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Corporate Finance practice. Before Andersen, she was a principal of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. She began her investment banking career as part of the Bear Stearns Pharmaceutical Corporate Finance team in New York.

Leslie received her M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University and her B.S. in Economics from Cornell University. She is a Registered Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD.

Michael Harden is a managing director at Eureka. Michael manages Eureka's ESOP buyout and capital raising practice. He has 16 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, financings, ESOP buyouts and valuations. His industry experience includes energy, technology, government contracting, business services and construction.

Prior to joining Eureka, Michael was a managing director of BCC Capital Partners where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, ESOP buyouts, capital raising, as well as valuation and fairness opinions. Before BCC, he spent seven years with Credit Suisse First Boston's Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Michael began his career in the audit group of Coopers & Lybrand and subsequently the business valuation group of Arthur Andersen.

Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and he has passed all 4 parts of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. He is a Registered Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through FINRA.

Mark is a managing director at Eureka. He has 14 years of investment banking experience, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and private equity and debt. He has significant industry experience in aerospace/defense, airline, general manufacturing and consumer products.

Prior to Eureka, he was a director at Andersen Corporate Finance LLC in Los Angeles, CA. He held associate positions at Crowell, Weedon & Co. and at H.J. Meyers & Co, both in Los Angeles. He began his investment banking career at William E. Simon & Sons in Los Angeles.

Mark received his M.B.A, with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Strategy from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. He received his B.A. in Economics, with honors from the University of California at Irvine. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD.

Jacques is a managing director at Eureka. He has 14 years of experience with mergers, acquisitions, financings and valuations. His industry experience includes aerospace, building products, food and beverage, general manufacturing and distribution.

Prior to joining Eureka, Jacques was a Director with Andersen Corporate Finance LLC in Los Angeles, where he provided financial advisory services to public and private middle-market companies on valuations, mergers, acquisitions and private placements of both debt and equity. Before joining Andersen, Jacques was as an Analyst with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group in Dallas, Texas.

Jacques received a BBA, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, as well as completed courses at La Fundacion de Jose Ortega y Gassett in Madrid, Spain.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts (LASFA).  Jacques is a Registered Securities Principal (Series 24), a Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27) and a Corporate Securities Representative (Series 62 and 63) through the NASD.
